This Privacy Policy explains how RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use TaxFlow Pro(the “Service”), our tax preparation and bookkeeping platform. We handle sensitive financial information, and we take that responsibility seriously. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, organization, and your role (filer, business, or tax preparer).
  • Tax & financial data: income sources, expenses, deductions, estimates, and uploaded tax documents such as W-2s, 1099s, and receipts.
  • Bookkeeping data: ledger entries, invoices, bills, accounts, and related records you create in the Service.
  • Client data (for preparers): information about clients you manage within your portfolio.
  • Billing data: handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We store only the last 4 digits, card brand, and expiration — never the full card number.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, performance metrics, and error reports.
  • Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, security, and saving your preferences.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Organize your documents and calculate estimated tax liability.
  • Provide AI-assisted features that help summarize and organize your records.
  • Authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Send transactional emails and, with your consent, product updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal or financial information. We do not use your tax or bookkeeping content to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any third-party machine-learning or generative AI model.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, each bound by their own privacy and data-protection terms:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase / hosted PostgreSQL — secure database hosting and file storage.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — powers AI-assisted organization and summarization features. Data sent for these features is not used to train their models.

We do not share your information with these providers for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work without them.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of: (a) performance of a contract; (b) compliance with a legal obligation; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; or (d) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with tax and other legal record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time per Section 7.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, export, or delete your personal information;
  • opt out of certain processing, including marketing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • complain to a supervisory authority.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information, and may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@cloutfinder.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by in-product notice or email.
